July 25, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. All normal. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to the clubhouse..
8:00-9:00…
As I patrolled across to L street there was a fire alarm going off at 340 L street. It turns out it was an electrical breaker issue. It has been turned off for now. I patrolled down to Ocean blvd near M street. I have a young man saying his car is missing. He came back from fishing and it was gone. He has reported it to the police to see if it was towed. He parked backwards facing east on the north side of Ocean blvd. I will continue to monitor the situation. I patrolled the entire interior of the neighborhood. Some garages are still open. I will continue to monitor that as well…
9:00-10:00….
I then went across to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel. I didn’t see the person with the towed car. I will keep an eye out for him. Then over to jetty park and across Ocean alley north to G street and across Miramar drive to Channel. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. A couple people all cooperative….
10:00-11:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G. I patrolled F street and F beach. All quiet. Then G street and G G beach. 1 couple all cooperative. Then a complete alley patrol. A few open garages with homeowners in them. I then patrolled across to jetty park for closure. I walked the beach area. A few people all cooperative so far…
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across to all beach access streets. A few people in there cars. They left upon request. Then a complete alley patrol I had 1 garage open I was able to get closed. Then over to F street beach. All quiet and G street access. All is well..
12:00-1:00…
I then had someone speeding through the neighborhood. I was out on jetty park when he was racing around. By the time I got in the car he had left. I then patrolled across to G and F street a few people at G street access. All cooperative. Then across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. More people on the benches. All cooperative. All is well for now. BUSY…

I then patrolled the entire perimeter of the neighborhood and back to the clubhouse. All is well….

I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. All quiet. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled. ..
