July 9, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…..
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. People out enjoying the day. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel. All normal for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then over to all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Garage patrol in progress…
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side again. Then down to jetty park. Several people fishing off the rocks. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative so far…
10:00-11:00….
A constant patrol of all beach access streets. Still early yet. Then garage detail. A couple open. I will continue to monitor. Then across to jetty park for closure. Out in the beach. Everyone mostly cooperative at this time….
11:00-12:00…
A continues patrol of the alleys. I see people in there cars parked. Most if the time they leave. Sometimes they say I’m not doing anything illegal. Technically there not. I keep an eye on them on patrol. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. A few teenagers around L park. Picking up food from an uber car. Generally the teenagers in the neighborhood are not a problem. ….
1:00-1:30…
A complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All garages are closed….

2:00-3:00….

Then across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. I then patrolled all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood…
