February 19, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd. Then across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park then across Ocean front alley to G street. Then across to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. All normal.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley then across to G street and Miramar drive . Then across Miramar drive to L street and L park then I street and I alley. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the east and west side of the neighborhood. All is well.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel to jetty park. All quiet. Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley. Then across to all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All garages are closed. Then over to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to jetty park . Then up to the fishing pier. I had a bicycle at the pier I reported to Newport police. It was at the entrance of the fishing pier. It looked expensive. They came out and took possession of it. I then patrolled down to jetty park for closure. A few people all cooperative .
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park . A couple of people all cooperative. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and up to E Bay alley. Then back to the clubhouse. All is well.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled over to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to jetty park. All quiet. Then across to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.
1:-00-1:30..
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All quiet.

2:15-3:00..
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. All quiet. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled . All garages are closed.
