September 18, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7::00-8:00.
Pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd to Channel and jetty park . Cooler weather tonight a few degrees. All normal at the park. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to G street and Ocean front alley and back to Channel. All is well.
8:00-9:00.
Then I patrolled across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then I patrolled all alleys on the east side and the west side of the neighborhood. All is well and all garages are closed for now. I will continue to monitor.
9:00-10:00
I Patrolled back to G street and Ocean front alley across to jetty park then up to the clubhouse and across to G street and Ocean alley north to Channel. A group of motorcycles have arrived to see the lamesance. I told them they have until 11:00. Then up to close the fishing pier. All cooperative .
10:00-11:00.
I patrolled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd and over to jetty park . Then across to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then up to secure the fishing pier and back down to close jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then a continued patrol of the area.
11:00-12:00
I patrolled back to Ocean Blvd across to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel and jetty park. A few people driving around and leaving when they see me. The motorcycle group left at 11:00 give or take very cooperative. They weren’t hardcore just internet cruisers. All is well for now.
12:00-1:00.
I then patrolled across to Channel and jetty park then across Ocean alley north to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse and fishing pier. All quiet. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east side and the west side of the neighborhood. All is well. Quiet night so far.
1:00-1:30.
I then patrolled back to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park. 1 couple left when they saw me. Then a complete perimeter patrol. All is well.
1:30-2:15.. break…2:15..back…..
2:15-3:00.
I patrolled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to G street and Ocean front alley and back to Channel. Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley. Then alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior of the neighborhood. All is well.
