August 29, 2023 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7::00-8:00.
Pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to G street and Ocean front alley and back to Channel. All is well.
8:00-9:00.
Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and the clubhouse. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then a complete garage patrol.
9:00-10:00.
I Patrolled back to G street and Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. Then all alleys on the east side. A few garages open for now. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative.
10:00-11:00.
I patrolled back to Channel and jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to G street and Ocean alley north to Channel and jetty park for closure. A few people. Looking for the phosphorus water. Not that bright tonight. All quiet.
11:00-12:00
I patrolled back to Ocean Blvd across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. All quiet. Then across to all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All garages are closed for now. A few people are trying to hang out at jetty park. I am continuing to monitor. All is well.
12:00-1:00.
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to the fishing pier. All quiet. A lot of traffic at jetty park trying to fish and see the blue tide. I’m continuing to monitor the situation. All is well for now.
1:00-1:30.
I then patrolled back to Ocean front alley . All garages are closed for now. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Code 4. Patrolled.
1:30-2:15.. break…2:15..back…..
2:15-3:00.
I patrolled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All quiet. Then I patrolled across to Ocean alley north to Channel and over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley and all alleys. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter patrol and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well.
