7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***An unknown male was asleep in a grey Tesla parked in front of 2117 E. Ocean Blvd, I made several attempts to wake him but he was pretending to be asleep. As I was calling the police the person stepped out of the vehicle and walked towards the Jetty Park, he tried to hide from me and as I was approaching him he walked away and stopped at Seville Ave and Channel Rd where he was picked up by an unknown vehicle and drove away off of Balboa Peninsula Point.
