September 30, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back across to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to jetty park. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back over to L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to channel Rd. I then patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to G street and across ocean Blvd and up to the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to channel Rd again. Then up the fishing pier for closure.*** A couple people on the pier. All cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear at the pier. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park for closure. ** Pretty quiet. Just fishing on the outer jetty…
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to M street access. All clear. Then L Street. All clear. Then I street. All clear. Then G and F street. All so far tonight. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd back to jetty park.*** A few people on the benches all cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd. All is well for now…
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. ** A couple people in there cars wanting to go the beach. They left without incident. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. A couple people on the benches all cooperative about leaving. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. ** 2 more people trying to go fishing. They left upon request. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse….

I then patrolled across ocean front and across to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for…
2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,G,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park. 2:35 am. I had a group of teenagers walking out to the wedge lifeguard tower. As I asked them to leave they ran West down the beach. I tried to follow. I was unable to locate. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to M street access No sign of the teenagers. Then back to jetty park and across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well for now code 4 patrolled….
