September 20, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
*** I removed a large group from the Jetty Park that were playing music and drinking beer.
*** I removed a large group of teenagers from the beach and from the Jetty.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:37am – I removed a gray Honda Ridgeline truck parked in front of 2121 Ocean Blvd that was playing loud music.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach..
***1:02am – I received a telephone call from a resident, Peggy, that a vehicle hit her parked car at 1216 Balboa. When I arrived a silver Hyundai accent, 8PPP849 was crashed on the rear of a Mini Cooper. The driver of the Hyundai was not present at the scene and nobody was inside of the mini Cooper and there were no injuries. There were no witnesses and Newport Beach Police arrived to take a report.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
3am – Off Duty.
