September 2, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00..
I pulled in at A street ,B,C,D,E,F,G,. Then up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All normal and busy. Labor Day…
8:00-9:00
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and across to all alleys on the east side. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley again. A few garages open and some bicycles out. I was able to get the bicycles out through the residents. And all garages closed for now. …
9:00-10:00…
I continued to patrol across to G street and all beach access points. People are leaving slowly. Then across ocean alley north to channel and jetty park. I then patrolled all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter patrol of the neighborhood. I then patrolled up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative so far….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G, Then G street access and F street Access. All quiet for now. I will continue to monitor that tonight. Then across ocean Blvd to I street and up to Balboa Blvd and across to the fishing pier for a check . All clear. Then down to jetty park for closure. A few people still out and about. I will continue to monitor the beach access areas..
11:00-12:00..
I patrolled across ocean front alley. Still people on the Access Beach area. Constantly walking and telling people it’s time to go. Then across ocean Blvd and back up to the fishing pier and down to jetty park and across ocean front alley and ocean Blvd….
12:00- 1:00….
Still patrolling the common areas. Jetty park M,L,I,G. Access points. Still activity in these areas. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. Then across to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier. All is well for now….
1:00-1:30…
I patrolled down to jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then across ocean front alley to all beach access points. A couple people in there cars. All cooperative on leaving…

2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,EF,G.. then across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then across ocean front alley to G street. 1 person in her car . She Left . Then across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…
