PATROL REPORT – September 19, 2025

September 19, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)

7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras

7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.

8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.

9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.

10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.

..

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.

***11:25pm  A male attempted to enter the beach at M street and he ignored my warning and walked past me onto M Street walkway, he eventually left the area and drove away in a dark colored Toyota SUV CA license plate VMSTRY1

12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.

***12:09am – a male and female and 2 dogs were sleeping in a white van with Alabama license plate parked on G Street near the beach entrance, they eventually drove away.

1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.

***A large group of teenagers were on the jetty just hanging out, when I asked them to leave they separated in different directions, when they reached the park entrance they say on the park benches and refused to leave, eventually they left the area.

***1:43am – 3 males were fishing on the M Street Pier and they refused to leave, they arrived on a small boat CF 9522 GT. Eventually they left the pier but they returned an hour later, eventually they left the pier, I remained on the pier to make sure they didn’t return to the pier.

2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.

3am – Off Duty.
