October 28, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,G,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and down channel Rd to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and across to channel Rd and jetty park. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00……
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to L Street and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and back down to jetty park. *** A man parked illegally at the park. He moved upon request. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and down to jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park and up to Balboa Blvd and across to G street. Then back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier for closure.*** A couple people fishing. All cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park for closure.** A couple people on the beach all cooperative about leaving. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00……
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to M street access. All clear. L Street Access. All clear. I Street Access. All clear. And G street and F street Access points. All clear. I then patrolled back to ocean Blvd to channel Rd. I had a few people in there cars. They left upon request. Then I patrolled up channel Rd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well….
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across to G and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well….
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. All clear. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. ** I had one man trying to go fishing on the pier. He left without incident. I then patrolled down to jetty park*** . I had a couple on the benches. All cooperative about leaving”****. I then patrolled back up channel and had a vehicle coming east on Balboa Blvd swerving and in the middle of the road. I caught up to her at jetty park. She then turned back around and went up channel Rd to Balboa Blvd. As I tailed her moving slowly I called Newport Beach police. They caught up with her at main street in the village. She turned down main going the opposite way on a one way street. They took over at that point. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
