October 20, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back across to L Street and L Park and across to channel Rd and up M street and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00….
I pulled patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back across to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier. ****I had a teenager on the bench at bay Beach. He was asleep or passed out. I asked him if he had a ride out of the area. He proceeded to yell obsceneties at me (obviously intoxicated). After a few minutes of conversation I called Newport Beach police. They arrived and spoke to him. It turns out his girlfriend was with him. The police let him go with his girlfriend driving. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean front and to channel Rd and jetty park. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. All normal for now . I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and M street and back down to jetty park. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few people fishing. All cooperative about leaving…
10:00-11:00…
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear at the pier. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to Balboa Blvd. I then patrolled across to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and jetty park for closure. *** One couple leaving the park. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park.** A couple people in there cars. They left upon my arrival. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is quiet at this time…..
12:00-1:00……
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park.*** A few people trying to go to the beach. All cooperative when I asked them to leave. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada again and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
1:00-2:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd again to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..

Then back across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…
