7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. (Raining)
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..the pier and the beach was clear because of the rain.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, the park was clear because of the rain.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near the jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:02am – I observed 2 males exited a white vehicle parked on Ocean & Channel and they walked on Oceanfront from Channel, they stopped halfway on Oceanfront and walked back towards the Wedge, they said they were going fishing but they didn’t have any fishing equipment, they called the person who is fishing on the jetty and that person confirmed that the 2 males are with him.
***2:53 am – there was a small group that arrived in two vehicles that parked across from The Jetty Park and were eating on top of their vehicles and making loud noise, I asked them to leave because of the noise but they drove to the G Street beach entrance and attempted to enter the beach, I stopped them from entering the beach and both vehicles drove away.
3am – Off Duty.(Raining)
