June 8, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. I moved vehicles parked against the red curb near the jetty park.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:09am – I removed a male sleeping in the backseat of a gray BMW parked on G Street.
***12:25am – a large group of bicycle riders stopped at L Street and Ocean boulevard, I made my presents and they rode away from BPP.
***12:58am – I discovered a large group on the L Street lifeguard Tower, as they were walking back to their vehicles parked on Ocean boulevard they were being loud and residents came out of their homes to see what the noise was about.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:00am – I removed a male and female from the beach near the L Street lifeguard Tower, The male stated that he is a resident on Oceanfront Blvd, I observed him walking onto the patio of 1752 East Oceanfront Blvd.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP..
3am – Off Duty.
