June 28, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
***10:54pm – A group of five people on the P lifeguard tower were refusing to leave but I was eventually able to persuade them to leave without incident.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
***11:32pm – As I was removing 3 males and 2 females Hispanics from the beach near M Street beach entrance the male Hispanic in a grey hoodie tossed a beer can at me, as I attempted to follow them to get the license plate of their vehicle the same individual attempted to block my vehicle but I drove around him, as I drove around him he hit my vehicle window with his hand, when I stopped to check for any damage the group was able to get in their vehicle and leave the area.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:02am – I removed a male and female from the beach that had a fire on near G Street lifeguard tower.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:25am – I removed a large group from the beach near G Street lifeguard tower.
***1:56am – A group of teenagers are riding around on bicycles making loud noises.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP..
***2:49am – I discovered the double glass door open at the Peninsula Point Racquet Club, I secured the doors.
3am – Off Duty.
