July 25, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and. Then over to M street and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then across Miramar drive to I street and back over to L Street and L Park and across Miramar drive to channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points.*** I had 1 man sleeping in his car on F street. I told him to leave. He was cooperative. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to the fishing pier. ** A small gathering at the members only picnic area. All clear now . All is well. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back across to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to I street. Then down I street to ocean Blvd and back up L Street to L Park and a complete interior patrol of the neighborhood. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few fisherman all cooperative…
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier. ***A few people on the pier. They left without incident. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park. Then down to jetty park for closure. ** A few people fishing. They left upon request. *** A few people on the beach. They left upon request. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to ocean alley north to G street. Then back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park. **** I had a group of teenagers in the park. They left upon request…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to L Street. *** Same group of teenagers tried to get to the beach access at L Street.. I asked them to leave. They left again upon request. I will continue to monitor***. I then patrolled to jetty park. I had another group on the lifeguard tower. They left upon request no problems. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. Then up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park. *** I had 1 couple leaving the park. All cooperative. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
2:00-3:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. All clear. I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
