June 23, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00……
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All normal for now. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. *** The pier is closed for repairs. ** All clear at this time. Then I patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and back across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to M street and back up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood and across to the fishing pier for closure. A clear for now….
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier. All clear. Then I patrolled down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. Then back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park for closure.*** A few people on the benches all cooperative about leaving. All is well for now….
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points.*** I had a person in there car on F street Access. He left without incident. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then back across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. 12:20 am *** I had a few people on the pier. They left without incident I then patrolled down to jetty park*** 12:40 am I had a man walking along the rocks leaving the park. I asked were he was going, he said home . Then he walked on to Miramar drive. I patrolled the area and didn’t see him leave in a car. I will continue to monitor the situation…..
1:00-2:00……
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then back down to jetty park. All clear. I then patrolled across ocean front alley. *** I had a man walking on to the beach at L Street Access. He left upon request. Then I patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well for now….

Then back across ocean front alley to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park. *** I had a man doing pushups at the park. No problems he left upon request. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled……
