June 19, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement. I moved vehicles parked against the red curb near the jetty park.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement…..***Removing white Mercedes Sprinter Cargo Van CA license plate 40350P2 with a male sleeping in the van parked in front of 1529 Miramar Drive.
***I received a call about homeless and a dog barking at the Bay Beach…upon my arrival there was no homeless on the Bay Beach, there was a dog barking but the dog was not on the beach, the echo of the dog barking is coming from a home between 2102 – 2140 E. Balboa Blvd.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers. ***A kayak was left on the Bay Beach.

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park. ***I noticed at the end of the walkway at the L Street entrance the cement is exposed and is a possible trip hazard.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction. ***Constantly removing people from the lifeguard towers.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP..
3am – Off Duty.
