June 10, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park. Then across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then over to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and across to I street and L Street and L Park. Then up to Balboa Blvd and across to Miramar drive and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd. All is well for now….
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. And then back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Busy night out. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L Street and L Park. Then back across Miramar drive to M street and up to Seville and Granada avanues again. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street. All is well at this time…
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and across Miramar drive to channel Rd. I then patrolled up to the fishing pier for closure. **** A few people on the pier all cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park. Then back across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then back to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel. Then up to the fishing pier and across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park for closure. **** A few people on the beach all cooperative about leaving. …
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point. *** A few people on the beach. All cooperative about leaving. Then I street Access. All clear. Then G street access. *** A few people out on beach. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. *** A constant flow of people coming through. All cooperative for now about leaving. I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley and L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park.**** I have people wanting to fish. Making sure they go to the outer jetty . I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All is well for now..
1:00-1:45…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park. All is well at this time. Then back across ocean front alley to L Street Access point. All clear and across to G street access point. All clear at this time…..

I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood.*** As I patrolled jetty park at 2:55 am I had a girl in her car I asked to leave the area . She proceeded to scream at me that she had been to a protest and was tired of people telling her what to do very angry very loud she had a young man with her who said nothing. When she wouldn’t leave I began to call Newport Beach police. As I did she left the area. The police dispatch did not send an officer when I said she was leaving the area.Then I patrolled up Channel Rd to Balboa Blvd and off the point. All is well code 4 patrolled
