July 7, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and across to jetty park. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and back down to jetty park. Then back ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing station pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and over to channel Rd. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..

I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive. Then across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood and over to the fishing pier for closure. All clear for now…..
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park for closure. *** I had a group of fisherman all cooperative about going to the outer jetty. ** A couple on the benches all cooperative about leaving…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley.*** I had a garage door open at 2153. I couldn’t get a hold of the residents. I called Newport Beach police. They weren’t able contact the residents either. The vehicle in the garage was out a little bit to far to close. It remains open for now. I will continue to monitor. Then I patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. All clear for now. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. I had a few people at F street Access. They left without incident. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now……
2:00-3:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then I patrolled across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. All clear. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and back down to ocean Blvd and across to G street again. Then back across ocean alley north to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…..
