July 28, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. All is normal for now…
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. A few people at G street access leaving. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. I then doubled back to E bay Ave near L Street I had a garage open. It is now closed. ***PLEASE CLOSE YOUR GARAGES**.I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All is well for now…
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean front alley to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across ocean Blvd to G street. Then back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street and across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear at the pier. Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park for closure.*** A few people on the benches all cooperative about leaving. ** I had another group hunting for grNo grunyan. No grunyan tonight. They left without incident. All is well for now…..
11:00-12:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to L Street Access point.** I had 4 people on the lifeguard tower. All cooperative about leaving. Then back across to G street access point.** I had a couple on the lifeguard tower. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and back across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All normal for now….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across to channel Rd and jetty park. *** A few fisherman leaving from the outer jetty. Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the clubhouse. Then back down to L Street and L Park and all interior streets of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
1:00-2:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to channel Rd and jetty park. All clear. Then back up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to ocean Blvd and across to M street and up to Balboa Blvd and the clubhouse. All is well for now….
2:00-3:00….

Then back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then up M street.*** I had a couple in there car on Balboa Blvd and Seville. They said they lived here. Then they left upon request , They failed to provide an address. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well. Code 4 patrolled…
