7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no problems to report.
10pm – Removing several people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I removed a male and female from the first lifeguard tower, they were on bicycles with a small dog. The male was getting upset with me because I was asking them to leave and he started using profanity towards me and threatened to have me fired from my job.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. A male resident from 2168 E. Oceanfront
approached me at the jetty park and asked me to turn off my security flashing lights because he couldn’t sleep.
3am – No problems to report…. Off Duty.
