July 18, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. Normal crowd on all beach access areas. No trouble at this time…
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across to G street and across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all interior alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. All garages are closed or occupied for now…
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and across Ocean front alley to jetty park. Very busy some teenagers parking near the barricade. There leaving now,reluctantly. I will continue to monitor. Then up to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative so far. I have a small fishing boat attached to the dock. No one is with it. I will continue to monitor that as well…
10:00-11:00…

I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street. I walked the beach on G,I,L,and M street. All clear. Then across Ocean alley north to G street again and across to the fishing pier. All clear. The boat is gone….
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across to G street and across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. A few people all over. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier. All clear…
1:00-1:30..
A complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. All is quiet…

I pulled in at A street and across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. A few people in there cars. I finally got them to leave. All quiet. Then across Ocean alley north to G street and up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I alley. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood ×2. All is well code 4..patrolled…
