July 17, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. All very normal for now. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to the clubhouse. All is well…
8:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and across to I street and I alley. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. I was able to get 2 garages closed in Ocean front alley. Most garages are closed for now I will continue to monitor…
9:00-10:00…
I pulled back to G street and across Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Fairly calm as of this time. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then over to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative…
10:00-11:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G. I had a complaint about a car at I street and Ocean blvd. I patrolled the area and was able to get the kids out of the area. They had a loud car and they were speaking loud. All is well code 4..patrolled. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley. A few garages open. I was able to get them closed. Then over to jetty park for closure. Bug waves still. Groups of teenagers looking at the surf. All cooperative upon request. All quiet for now…
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across to G street. A few people in there cars all cooperative.Then across Ocean alley north to Channel. Some more people in there cars. Very reluctant to leave. Still working on it. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled across to G street and back to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then over to Seville and Granada Avenues. All quiet for now…
1:00-1:30..
A complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. Still people in there cars. Other then that all is normal…

2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then down to jetty park. A few people driving through the area no problems. They left. Then across Ocean front alley to G street. All clear at G street and all other access streets. Then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I street and I alley. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the entire neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled..
