July 15, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park. Bust night. Then across Ocean front alley to G street. A few cars a few people on the beach. Then across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to the clubhouse. All is well….
8:00-9:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park again. I have a Newport beach police out on the beach. His car is at the foot of the service road. I’m waiting for a report on any details as I secure the park area. Apparently he’s walking the jetty. I now have 4 police units here 2 at the barricade and 2 out on the end of the service road. Still patrolling the area waiting for a possible report. I spoke to the police apparently we had a rescue at the end of the jetty. The deputies water boat patrol made the rescue sheriff’s. All is well mother and daughter are safe.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier for closure. All cooperative all is well….
10:00-11:00..
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G I checked out G street beach access. All quiet for now. Then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. All quiet. Then across to all alleys on the east side and up to the fishing pier. All clear. I then patrolled down to jetty park for closure. A few people fishing and walking dogs. All cooperative for now…
11:00-12:00…
I patrolled across to G street all quiet and up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. A fishing all cooperative about leaving. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. 1 garage open. I closed it. All is well for now..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across to G street again all clear. Then up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier. All clear. I then went down to jetty park and across Ocean front alley to G street. Then up to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street. Then across to m street and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. Everything is quiet for now….
1:00-1:30….
I patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Then over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well….

2:00-3:00….
I Pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park. A few people all cooperative. Then across Ocean front alley to G street. I few people on the beach. They left peacefully. Then back to Ocean front alley to Channel. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled….
