January 21, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. Then back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now…..
8:00-9:00……
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and back across to M Street and back down to Ocean Blvd. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd again. I surveyed the extended service road, or path if you will. It goes quite a ways out. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled across Ocean Alley North to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled back down to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park and back up channel Rd to the fishing pier for closure. *** A few people all cooperative about leaving…..
10:00-11:00…..
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and across to G street. I then patrolled back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to channel Rd and Jetty Park for closure. *** 2 people on the benches all cooperative about leaving….
11:00-12:00……
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access point. All clear. Then L street Access point. All clear. Then I street access point. *** A few people in there cars. They left without incident. Then I patrolled across to G street access** I had a couple on the G street lifeguard tower All cooperative about leaving. All clear for now. I then patrolled up To E Bay Ave and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back down M Street to Ocean Blvd and Jetty Park. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park.*** I had a group of people on the beach at the wedge. All cooperative about leaving. Then I patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse

1:00-2:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Ocean front alley to channel Rd and Jetty Park. A few fisherman headed to the outer Jetty. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier. *** I had a people on the pier. They were a little slow to leave. Eventually they left. All clear. I then patrolled back down to jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. All clear. Then back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
2:00-3:00…..

I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street access and F street access points. All clear. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and over to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then I patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
