January 18, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean Blvd to jetty park . All is well. Then across Ocean front alley to jetty park then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled up to E Bay alley and across to Channel and down to Ocean front alley and back to G street. Then over to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east side and the west side of the neighborhood. All is normal.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and across Ocean alley north to Channel. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well. Then all alleys on the east and west side and over to the fishing pier for closure. All clear.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley. 1 garage open I could not contact the homeowner. I will continue to monitor. Then across to Channel and up to Seville and Granada Avenues. Then back to jetty park for closure. All quiet for now.
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to the fishing pier and across to G street and Ocean alley north to Channel and Seville and Granada Avenues and all alleys on the east side. All quiet.
12:00-1:00.. 2
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and I alley and I alley and all alleys on the east side. Then across to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. I.E. I reported the open garage to Newport police. The garage is closed.

I patrolled across to G street and Miramar drive and I alley and back to Channel and jetty park. All is well.

I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and up to the fishing pier. Then across to G street and Ocean alley north to Channel and up to E Bay alley. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled .
