February 29, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00.
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Balboa Blvd. Then across to the fishing pier and down to jetty park then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Busy but normal.
8:00-9:00..
I then patrolled across to G street and up to E Bay alley . At 1615 E Bay alley there is a garage door open. Under construction. I went in to investigate. All lights on. No one appears to be in the area. I will continue to monitor. I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side. All is well.
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to the fishing pier for closure. A few people all cooperative.
10-00-11:00….
I pulled back in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley and back to jetty park . Then up to the fishing pier. All clear. Then across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park for closure. A couple people all cooperative.
11:00-12:00…
I then patrolled over to Ocean front alley and back to Channel and jetty park . A couple of people all cooperative. The house at 1615 E Bay alley is closed up now. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park and across to Channel. All quiet.
12:00-1:00..
I then patrolled over to Seville and Granada Avenues and over to jetty park. All quiet. Then across to G street and up to E Bay alley and back to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then an entire alley patrol. All garages are closed. All is well.
1:-00-1:30..
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well.
1:30..break..2:15 back..
2:15-3:00..
I pulled in at A street B,C,D,E,F,G to Ocean front alley to Channel and jetty park. All quiet. Then across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean alley north to Channel. Then up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse and across to G street. Then up to E Bay alley and back to Channel and back to the clubhouse. Then across to G street and Miramar drive and Miramar alley to L street and L park. Then all alleys on the east and west side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4..patrolled.
