February 24, 2026 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E Bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Blvd to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L street and L Park and back across Miramar drive to M Street. I then patrolled down to jetty Park and back up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now……
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park.*** I had a group of motorcycle riders parked on the service road (pedestrian path). They were cooperative about moving there bikes on to street in a legal parking area. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to channel Rd. Then up to the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
9:00-10:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street access points. Then back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and L street and L Park and back across to channel Rd and up to the fishing pier for closure. All clear at the pier…..
10:00-11:00…..

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean front alley. Then across to G street access and F street access points. I then patrolled back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across back down channel Rd to jetty Park for closure. ** A few people coming off the outer Jetty. All cooperative about leaving. All is well for now….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to M Street Access point. All clear. Then L street access point. All clear. Then I street access point. All clear. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street access points. All is well for now. I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Alley North to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley. Then across to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park. *** I had group of teenagers reluctant to leave the park. They left after I spoke to them for a few minutes. I then caught them on M Street Beach. They ran. *** Unable to locate at this time. I will continue to monitor the area. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse . All is well for now….

I then patrolled across Ocean Blvd to G street and back across Ocean Alley North to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avenues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now…..

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park** I had a few people in the park and in there car. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across Ocean front alley to G street and back across Ocean Blvd to channel Rd and Jetty Park and back across Ocean Alley North to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well for now. Code 4 patrolled…..
