7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no problems to report.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – Removing people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors. **11:58pm – I noticed a man standing on the walkway to G Street beach entrance…. He was a resident walking his dog.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, deterring incoming vehicles approaching beach and the park.
***12:26am – I noticed a courier van making several deliveries.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach. ***I noticed a mailbox open at 1513 E. Bay Ave.
***1:42am – I am noticing several people arriving and leaving in large black SUV’s at 426 I Street.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing and deterring vehicles approaching the jetty park, no unusual activity to report.
3am – No problems to report…. Off Duty.
