December 18, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
6:00-7:00. I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G.then Up to E bay alley.BOAT PARADE. Then across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. Checking all access points along the Bay alley. A few people on the small beach spots. Then the fishing pier starting to get crowded. Then down to jetty park. People getting ready for the parade.All is well for now…
7:00-8:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points and then across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Everyone is behaving at this time no problems for now. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Parade in full swing. Then across to Miramar drive and back across to channel. All is well….
8:00-9:00…
The parade is beginning to wind down now. People are leaving. All is well and running smoothly. I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then across to channel and up to the fishing pier. All is well for now…
9:00-10:00….
The parade is officially off the point at this time no problems for now. I then patrolled across to G street access and F street Access points. Then across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure. A few people on the pier left without incident.
10:00-11:00…
I then patrolled across to Miramar drive and back across to channel and jetty park. Then across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is back to normal now parade group are left on the point. Then I patrolled across to Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and down to ocean Blvd. Then across to jetty park for closure. All is well the fog has rolled in heavy…
11:00-12:00…
*** I then patrolled across to G street access and had a few people in there cars. They left without incident. Then across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. Across Balboa Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Al is well for now…
12:00-1:00…
I then patrolled across to A,B,C,D,E,F,G. Then across ocean front alley to jetty park and back across ocean Blvd to G street and up to E bay alley and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across ocean alley north to G street again. Then up to Miramar drive and across to channel and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood…
1:00-1:30….
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. Balboa Blvd to G street access points and F street Access points. All quiet for now….

2:00-3:00

Then across ocean front alley to G street and back across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled….
