December 16, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00……
I pulled at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd. Then I patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back down to jetty park and up to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now..
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back across to L Street and L Park and across to M street and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. All is well for now….
9:00-10:00….
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. I then patrolled up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and back across to L Street and L Park and across to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier for closure. *** All clear at the pier….
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and back across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then back across to channel Rd and jetty park. ****As I approached jetty park I had a car on the sand. The end of the service road to the beach. We made a couple attempts to get her out. Me and a few people on the benches. We were unsuccessful. Then a man in a truck tried to pull her out. He had a tow rope. It didn’t work. She was wedged on the railroad ties. On the planter. I proceeded to call Newport Beach police. The tow truck is on the way. She is not impaired . The tow truck is working on it. It a difficult job. *** He’s got it. All is well for now at jetty park….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street. All is well…..
12:00-1:00…..
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to M street access. All clear. Then L Street Access point. All clear. Then I Street Access. All clear. And then I patrolled across to G street and F street Access points. All clear. . I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear..
1:00-2:00…
I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. *** A couple on the pier. All cooperative about leaving. I then patrolled across to channel Rd and jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. Then back across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now….

I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood. All is well code 4 patrolled…..
