December 16, 2024 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00…
I pulled in at A,BC,D,E,F,G. street then up to E bay alley and across the fishing pier and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and back across ocean alley north to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All normal at this time….
8:00-9:00….
I then patrolled down to jetty park again and back across ocean front alley to G and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and up to ocean alley north to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and across to all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then down to jetty park and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All is normal for now…..
9:00-10:00…
I then patrolled across to G street and F street Access points and across ocean Blvd to channel and jetty park. Then across ocean front alley to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel. Then up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive and back across to channel. Then a complete perimeter patrol of the neighborhood and across to the fishing pier for closure. ** A few fisherman all cooperative…
10:00-11:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G, street and patrolled across Balboa Blvd to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All clear. Then down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points. All clear. Then across ocean Blvd to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues and back across ocean alley north to G street. Then across Miramar drive to channel and jetty park for closure.** A couple on the benches all cooperative no problems for now….
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across to G street and back across ocean front alley to channel and jetty park.** A few people trying to go to the park. They left upon request. Then up to the fishing pier. A few people trying to park and fish. I told them it was closed. They left without incident. Then I patrolled across Balboa Blvd to E bay alley and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is well for now…..
12:00-1:00
I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior patrol of the neighborhood. Across Balboa Blvd to G street and F street Access points and across ocean alley north to channel and jetty park. **A few people in there cars left without incident. Then across ocean Blvd to G street and back across ocean alley north to channel and up to Seville and Granada avanues. All is well for now….
1:00-1:30….
I then patrolled across Miramar drive and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park. Then all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then a complete perimeter and interior patrol. All quiet for now…

2:00-3:00….
I pulled in at A,B,C,D,E,F,G street and across to the fishing station and the clubhouse. Then down to jetty park*** A few fisherman headed out to the outer jetty. All cooperative. Then across ocean front alley to G street and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel and up to ocean alley north to G street. Then I patrolled across Miramar and Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L street and L Park and all alleys on the east side. Then a complete perimeter patrol of the neighborhood × 2. All is well code 4 patrolled…..
