7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
*** I removed a Ram van parked in front of 2204 Channel Rd that had a female sleeping inside
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
***12:44am – I removed a red Honda Civic parked in front of 1545 E. Ocean Blvd that had a female sleeping inside.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:28am – I removed a grey Honda Accord parked near the G Street beach entrance that had 2 men sleeping inside the car
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***A grey Toyota pickup truck parked near the jetty park but when the driver seen me approaching him he drove away on Oceanfront with the lights off. I later found him parked on I Street near the beach entrance and he drove away to avoid me again. I found him again parked near the jetty park and I confronted him and I told him that the beach is closed and he said that he knows that I get off work at 3am and will wait for me to leave.
