7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
*** I removed several people from the wedge Beach area with a fire pit and were consuming alcohol.
*** I removed 3 male Hispanics from the Wedge Beach that were drinking alcoholic beverages.

11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
*** A male with a toddler on his shoulders and a minor daughter refused to leave the park when I asked him to leave and he continued walking past me, I walked in front of him to ask him to leave again and he continued to challenge me but he eventually walked away from the beach and the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
***2:38am I removed a male and female from the G Street lifeguard tower, the male was intoxicated and the female assisted the male into a white Hyundai sonata parked on G Street.
3am – Off Duty.
