August 18, 2025 – (Balboa Peninsula Point Patrol Assignment)
7:00-8:00….
I pulled in at A,BC,D,E,F,G street and up to E bay Ave and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.***** I had a complaint from an earlier call 6:00 pm about a door to door salesman 1216 E Balboa Blvd. He was soliciting ATT fiber optics wearing a yellow florescent flack jacket.Apparently the salesman asked to charge his phone at residence he was soliciting. ( If you choose to do business with door to door salesman make sure you get a license number and an ID number. Do not let him/ her in the house.The door to door salesman left after the resident told him she wasn’t interested). He was seen in the area for some time after that. I have patrolled the entire neighborhood, perimeter and interior. No sign of him. All is well for now. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier and back across Balboa Blvd to G street. I then patrolled across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to ocean Blvd and across to G street and back across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse. All is normal for now….
8:00-9:00…..
I then patrolled across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points and back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues. Then back across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to I street and over to L Street and L Park and across to M street and all streets on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back down to jetty park and across ocean Blvd to G street and up to Balboa Blvd and across to the fishing pier and the clubhouse.All is normal for now…
9:00-10:00….

Then I patrolled across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to the fishing pier. Then back across Balboa Blvd to Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and across to channel Rd. Then I patrolled up to the fishing pier for closure. A group of fisherman all cooperative about leaving…

Then back across to channel Rd and down to jetty park and across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and up to Seville and Granada avanues and over to M street and back down to ocean Blvd and over to jetty park for closure. *** A few people on the beach all cooperative about leaving…
11:00-12:00….
I then patrolled across ocean front alley to M street access. All clear. L Street Access. All clear. I street Access. All clear. G street and F street Access. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park.*** All lot of cars pulling up and leaving upon request. Busy with traffic. I then patrolled across Balboa Blvd to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. All is well for now….
12:00-1:00……
I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. Then back across ocean Blvd to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park. *** I have a few groups fishing on the outer jetty. All is well for now…
1:00-2:00…..

I then patrolled across ocean front alley to G street access and F street Access points. All clear. Then back across ocean Blvd to channel Rd and jetty park.** I had several fisherman leaving from the outer jetty. All cooperative.
I then patrolled across ocean alley north to G street and back across Miramar drive to Miramar alley to I street and I alley to L Street and L Park and all alleys on the east side of the neighborhood. I then patrolled the entire perimeter and interior of the neighborhood ×2..
