7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
*** I notified the owner of 2020 E. Balboa Blvd, HR, that his garage door is open, he closed the garage door.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
*** Newport Beach Police driving on the beach.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
*** I called the police on a white Toyota tundra driving around the community yelling out obscenities at me and at other people
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
*** Two sliding glass doors in the racquet club were left unlocked and open, I secured the doors.
3am – Off Duty.
