7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
8pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed…..I removed people fishing from the pier and I removed people from the lifeguard towers.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction.
*** I seen a fast moving light on the shore coming from L Street, when the light arrived to the wedge it was a man and a woman jogging with a dog I asked them to leave the beach.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
*** One of the sliding glass doors at the racquet club was not locked, I secured the door.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
3am – Off Duty.
