7pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets, alleys and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.*** 2 large construction vehicles are parked near L Street Park.
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – The pier and the beach are now closed, warning visitors that the beach and pier are now closed.
***10:49 pm – I removed a female from the beach near the L Street lifeguard tower.
..
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed, clearing all visitors from the park.
***11:13 pm – I removed several people from the beach near the Wedge lifeguard tower
***11:34 pm – I removed a male and female from the pier.
***11:42 pm – I removed a male and female from the beach near G Street lifeguard tower.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction. I am picking up trash on Ocean Blvd left by visitors.
***12:09 am – I removed several people from the beach near the wedge lifeguard tower.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:05 am – I heard a loud female voice near the I Street beach entrance, when I walked closer to her voice I observed a male laying down on the sand near the I Street walkway, the female said that she called his father and he is coming to pick him up. The father arrived at 1:09 am and he placed his son in the back of a white van and drove away.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…..Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicles entering BPP.
3am – Off Duty
