6pm to 3am S/O David Sierras
7pm – On Duty, Patrolling streets, alleys and parks… Observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, I am moving vehicles parked in the red curb near the jetty park.9
8pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… Checking on homes under construction, observing vehicle and pedestrian movement.
9pm – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…… observing vehicle and pedestrian movement, no unusual activity to report.
10pm – Removing people from the pier and warning people the beach is closed.
11pm – West Jetty View Park is now closed and I cleared the park of all visitors.
12am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks…. Checking on homes under construction and observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
***12:34am – I observed 4 females and 2 male Hispanics on the beach near M Street, I told them the beach is closed at 10pm and then one of the males attempted to intimidated me with physical harm, I called the police and the police removed them from the area.
1am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. I am deterring vehicles from parking near jetty park and from entering the beach.
***1:41am – 2 males and 2 females attempted to enter the jetty park and I told them the park is closed and they didn’t want to leave, after 20 minutes they drove away in a black Tesla.
2am – Patrolling streets, alleys and parks….. Checking on homes under construction, observing and deterring vehicles approaching the jetty park.
3am – Off Duty.
